REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Retail Division Manager.
RESPONBILITIES AND DUTIES: The responsibilities of the Retail Data Entry Supervisor include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Works closely with the retail warehouse staff to facilitate the proper flow of merchandise to the retail stores. 2. Help receive merchandise from vendors and shippers. 3. Work with UPS/FED EX in shipping/receiving duties. 4. Help check in and price merchandise (verify for accuracy) and supplies. 5. Maintain the accuracy of incoming merchandise style numbers to avoid duplication. 6. Maintain filing system for vendor memos. 7. Process purchase orders initiated in the corporate buying offices. 8. Maintain inventory accuracy by utilizing stock reports and physical counts at the store and reconciling system discrepancies. 9. Complete daily transfer/requisition paperwork as required. 10. Help keep store stock at prescribed levels and build & maintain displays for merchandise 11. Distributes price changes along with price tags to the store and warehouse lead. 12. Maintain the accuracy of receiving memos and invoices, which are then forwarded to the accounting department for payment. 13. Assist with scheduled inventories. 14. Maintain confidentiality regarding retail inventory and pricing. 15. Cross train in all aspects of the retail operations and all retail locations. 16. Perform other duties as assigned. |

In park shared dorm-style $7.50 per day, per person through payroll deduction. RV sites are also available (this is your own vehicle) with full hook ups for $35.00 per week per RV. Employee's meals are provided in the employee dining room and are paid through payroll deduction. EOE/AA |

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 1. Physically able to safely lift 50 pounds. 2. Ability to reach, squat, bend, push, and pull. 3. Ability to complete tasks without close supervision. 4. Must be available to work all shifts and weekends. 5. Data entry experience, preferably in a warehouse, or inventory control type setting. 6. Possess a working knowledge of and ability to use all office equipment including the retail STS brand POS computer system. 7. Attention to detail and well organized. 8. Good communication skills with ability to interact with store management, vendors and buyers. 9. Ability to handle confidential material and information. 10. Two years experience in ordering and receiving in a retail environment preferred. 11. Computer and Microsoft Office skills. 12. Need to have strong mathematical skills. 13. Excellent customer service skills. |
