Job Summary: Trail Ridge Road Store, located in beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park, is hiring a Cook during the 2009 season, which runs from mid-May through October. Primary responsibilities include preparing quality meals and food items, maintaining sanitation requirements including: product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures, cooking requirements and handling techniques, policies and procedures regarding health and safety requirements, prepping, setup, service, clean up and restocking food service areas.
