Job Summary: Assist in the management of all Furnace Creek Ranch F&B operations, which consists of the Wrangler Steak House, 49er Café, Corkscrew Saloon 19th Hole, EDR, and Banquet functions. Responsible for all front of house operations, including overseeing customer service, employee relations, reservations, and the coordination of all F&B operations at the Ranch.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer relations and resolve guest related issues.
2. Coordinate and facilitate F&B operations to provide quality service and product for our guests.
3. Responsible for scheduling, forecasting, Food & Beverage inventories to include linen, silverware, china and glassware.
4. Payroll tracking and cost control.
5. Management functions include but are not limited to: employee relations, conflict resolution, skills training, staff meetings, safety training and overseeing reservation book.
6. Attend weekly F&B management meetings.
7. Responsible for additional management and/or related duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
8. Strong analytical and organizational skills demonstrated in a fine dining customer-oriented environment.
9. Superior guest and employee relations experience.

| Qualifications: |
Qualifications:
1) Two years management experience in a dining operation.
2) Strong computer skills, ability to learn various software programs, i.e. Squirrel, Kronos, and Microsoft Office.
3) Must be able to work within flexible work schedule, as schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
4) Strong knowledge in food and beverage products such as wine, beer, spirits, fine dining service, food safety, liquor laws and bartending.
5) Must be team-oriented with the ability to accomplish goals and projects.
6) Must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
7) Valid driverˇ¦s license.
Physical Demands:
„h Physical abilities to include: lifting, carrying, bending, walking, standing, stooping and turning.
„h Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
